Hepco Precision Linears Shafts has been developed to provide excellent performance when used with either recirculating ball bushings or plain bearing technology.
An extensive range of shaft materials are available: Carbon steel hardened and/or ground, hardcoat anodized aluminium, stainless steel hardened and/or ground.
Shaft Support Rails are delivered in aluminum only in lengths of 600 mm. The Support Rails are supporting the shafts and prevent deformation, especially with heavy loads, insuring that linear bushings can move freely on the shaft.
The support Rail can be delivered predrilled and assembled with the shaft.
